Scarlet Mountain

Scarlet Mountain is Chicago’s premiere Grateful Dead tribute band. Since 2006, their premise has been to faithfully recreate the live Grateful Dead musical experience! The band delivers set lists as performed by the Grateful Dead on some nights while on others they craft their own set lists from the Grateful Dead’s extensive catalog that includes both Grateful Dead original and covered songs. A few names off the long list of artists covered are Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Johnny Cash & The Rolling Stones.

Scarlet Mountain is comprised of seasoned musicians who have been playing in and around Chicago for over 30 years. Each member brings in their unique styles and experiences adding to the diversity of the music! During a Scarlet Mountain show you’ll hear rock, folks, blues, funk, reggae, jazz, R&B, and country!
